I love Cetaphil Cleansing Bar
I love Cetaphil. I use it every day, many times a day. It doesn’t dry my skin the way other cleansers and soaps do. I take Cetaphil with me when I travel. I wash my face with it as well as bathing with Cetaphil. My teen-age daughter washes her face with it, too. It’s the best! I wish that the company gave out coupons because I’m spending a small fortune on it.

GOOD SOAP- SO CLEAN
This soap leaves your skin, soft with no residue feeling like a Lot soaps. It has a Very Faint clean smell. I have very dry skin, and this leaves my skin soft. Also I have noticed my skin just “Looking healthier” since using this soap. I will continue to buy this. I could not find this in a store, so was glad to see amazon have it, and the 6 Bar package is great Priced! One bar Last a Good Long while. Fast shipping too!

Not good for my skin
When I saw that Cetaphil had a scented bar soap, I was excited about it. I had very good experience with their moisturizing cream, and I thought the soap was going to be similar. I was disappointed to find out that it had the same effect on my skin as a Dove scented soap. So, why pay 4 dollars a bar when you can get scented Dove? In any case, I’m back to unscented Dove. By the way, I had to point out that I didn’t find the scent at all offensive, like some other poster suggested. Not a great smell, but not offensive.

Pros: None for me.

Cons: Too expensive compared to competition (4 dollars a bar, instead of 1 dollar for Dove); harsh on my skin (like other non-scented soaps); not a bad scent, but not a great one either.

Bottom line: Buy one at your local supermarket first, instead of a 6 pack from Amazon. If you like it, indulge yourself with 4 dollar bars of soap.

Aquage Straightening Ultragel 7oz My wife says — I’ve searched my entire frizzy-haired life for this one product – it not only helps control the fuzz, it actually makes your hair feel really good! Love this stuff!
I really love this gel because it is exactly right for my type of hair – fine curly hair. I have really curly hair but it is like baby hair, very fine and not that thick. This gel gives it just the right amount of hold so my hair stays curly but not stiff. Once my hair is dry and I run my fingers though it, my hair stays curly, not frizzy, and looks great. I highly recommend this stuff if you have curly hair!! Don’t worry about the fact that it is called straightening gel, it just seems to hold my curls loosely. Not too tight, not too loose.

Perfect product for fine hair
I have to add my two bits to the reviews for Aquage straightening ultragel. My hair is fine and tends toward being a little frizzy. My hairdresser convinced me to buy it, and I LOVE it. After the first bottle, I tried a couple of other products, then went back to Aquage because the others just don’t compare. I think they are intended for thick frizzy hair, because they completely weigh my hair down and make it look dull. I just ran out of the second bottle last week, and again tried another product (because I’m cheap and didn’t want to spend $20+ on hair gel). Again, disappointment. I’m buying more Aquage. It’s pricey, but lasts a long time – I use a pea sized drop on wet hair, and it works great. If you have fine hair, don’t use any more than that. Great product.
